If you would like to get your hands dirty and make a direct difference in the life of a street child, you should consider joining a Not Forgotten Work Team!

Puerto Alegria, Peru

Not Forgotten takes work teams to Puerto Alegria, Peru three to four times a year usually in the spring, summer, and winter. Check the list of upcoming trips to find a time that best fits your schedule.

Work teams consist of fifteen to twenty-five members of all ages ranging from high school students to senior adults. Everyone is welcome! No matter what your gifts, talents, or limitations are, Not Forgotten can use you!

While in Puerto Alegria, work teams work with local Peruvians to construct dormitories, meeting rooms, etc. that will improve the quality of life for the forty children that live in the home. Furthermore, work teams also organize games, crafts, Bible lessons, outings to the zoo and the movies, and other activities for the children. All of these things are done in an effort to share the love of Christ with these children and all of the people with whom Not Forgotten comes in contact.
